But when Dai offers Jin a chance to find her lost sister, Mei Yee, she begins a breathtaking race against the clock to escape the Walled City itself.

The world building intrigues me immensely. I can almost picture it and it looks glorious. Also, how bad ass are the three rules? It sounds like it will start off with a bang and never stops. I'm definitely in!
