30 Day Book Challenge

Hosted by Mocha Girls Read

Reading Challenge Details:
In the month of May, Mocha Girls Read would love to hear more about what you’ve read and the wonderful (or not so wonderful) impressions they’ve made on you. Below is a simple daily remembrance of those stories that may have ‘tickled your fancy,’ made you cry , or completely made you put the book down to pick up another. Either way, we’d LOVE to hear from you and have an open discussion. And hey, if you want to do more than one at a time that’s okay too!

Day 15: Just one? Yeah right... My favorite lead is Harry Dresden of the The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher, and my favorite book boyfriends are Seth Mortensen of the Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead, Renner Jackson of the Blacktop Cowboys series by Lorelei James and Derek Souza of the Darkness Rising series by Richelle Mead
Day 16: As a kid, my favorite leads were Matilda, Mary from A Secret Garden and Sarah a Little Princess. As an adult, my favorite leads Georgina Kincaid of the Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead and Anne Elliot from Jane Austen's Persuasion.
Day 17: "There're things we keep hidden from one another. Things we hide from ourselves. Things that are kept hidden from us. And things no one knows. You always learn the damnedest things at the worst possible times.”
― Jim Butcher, Changes
Day 18: Dead Ever After (Sookie Stackhouse #13) by Charlaine Harris ... an anticlimatic end to an awesome series.
Day 19: White Oleander by Janet Fitch only because this was one case were the film was better
Day 20: Wrangled & Tangled (Blacktop Cowboys #3) by Lorelei James ... Renner Jackson's book
Day 21: Hmmm. Probably something from Roald Dahl or a classic like The Secret Garden. Too hard to pinpoint, always been a reader.
Day 22: Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes ... this was the last book that did it.
Day 23: Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley
